No. 25 - Lose Some Weight
Yes I have a 'Middle Age Spread' & now hover around the 15st 7lbs mark. At 6ft 1" this means I have to lose around 2 stone to get to my ideal weight.
Possibly the hardest task of the lot, because I love Pizza, Crisps, Lager, Chocolate, Bread & all the things I shouldn't. I have a great nickname of "The Fat Vegetarian"
- & if you thought all Veggies are Pale & Skinny then think again!
Maybe with the help of task 4 the weight may finally start dropping off. (Diets don't work & I hate the gym!).

31/05/2007 - And with only two weeks left until the London To Brighton Bike Ride, and with the Colonic Irrigation task complete, laryngitis, healthier eating & wellbeing - I have shed just under 1 stone in five months since Xmas.
(& I feel pretty damn good too!)
So by putting this task "In Progress" I hope to inspire myself even further to drop another 14lbs in weight.
So keep "dropping" by to see if the weight keeps "Dropping" off!
01/01/2008 - It's New Years day, i have managed to gain not a single pound over Xmas, & have maintained the same weight over the past five months since last update, even with little exercise. 2008 Looks to be the year that i complete this task!!
April 2009 - It's now a yeat since last update & I have now lost a total of 28lbs since the start of the task.
I'm the lightest I've been for ten years, & due to the cycling that I still enjoy, would say I'm the fittest I've been in over 15 years.
Another 14 lbs should see the task done! - Another year to go?
