  Whilst skiing can be one of the best sports around, how different is it practicing it and actually teaching beginners. The basic wage of a ski instructor is normally dependent on age, qualifications and number of years teaching people to ski. The wage ranges from around £8 per hour to over £20 per hour to those with all the qualifications and years of experience.

  Ski instructor courses are available in almost all resorts around the world. Depending on where you work determines where you will actually live for the ski season; some resorts offer staff accommodation either in standard houses or in dorms with other professional ski instructors.
  Ski instructors usually work 6 days a week with hours around 4-6 hours per day. However the days of are where you are free to enjoy yourself either on the slopes or around the beautiful resorts nearby. The resorts offer a lot of après ski activities and therefore being a ski instructor is one of the best jobs in the world but is also very difficult.

40th Birthdays

Many people dread reaching their 30th birthday; imagine therefore their horror as they approach their 40th! However it does not have to be viewed in that way. Many people look upon 40 “the Big 4 0” as a milestone to be enjoyed and celebrated and many are now taking up the idea of making a “bucket” list of things they wish to do before they reach the age of 40. All of things are of course totally attainable before you reach 39 but it seem that the figure 40 concentrates the mind on the wasted years and the fear that you may not be fit enough
